He has listed 27 grounds of appeal for determination by the appellate court, questioning the tribunal&#8217;s jurisdictional competence and the interpretation of relevant sections of the Constitution and the Electoral Act.<\/p>\n<p>Sule has urged the Appellate Court to set aside the lower court&#8217;s decision and affirm his election victory as declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). The notice of appeal also names Ombugadu, the PDP, INEC, and the APC as the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th respondents, respectively.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"jeg_post_title\">Abia destroys 160 brothel rooms over market at Lokpanta in Umunneochi Local Government Area (LGA) into a daily market without residential facilities.<\/p>\n<p>This decision addresses the rising insecurity concerns along the Lokpanta-Umunneochi-Uturu axis within the state.<\/p>\n<p>During a press briefing in Umuahia on Monday evening, Navy Commander MacDonald Uba, the Security Adviser to the state governor, made this announcement.<\/p>\n<p>He further revealed that the state government had taken a step to demolish 160 rooms in the market suspected to be used by kidnappers and other
