{"id":294812,"date":"2023-10-27T07:19:10","date_gmt":"2023-10-27T06:19:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/?p=294812"},"modified":"2023-10-27T07:19:10","modified_gmt":"2023-10-27T06:19:10","slug":"ganduje-hails-supreme-court-judgment-on-tinubu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2023\/10\/27\/ganduje-hails-supreme-court-judgment-on-tinubu\/","title":{"rendered":"Ganduje hails Supreme Court judgment on Tinubu"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>Ganduje believes that the Supreme Court&#8217;s verdict will enable President Tinubu to focus on implementing the APC&#8217;s Renewed Hope mandate<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>He called upon the presidential candidates of the opposition People&#8217;s Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, and the Labour Party&#8217;s Mr. Peter Obi to put aside their differences and collaborate with Tinubu<\/strong><\/strong><br \/>\n<hr \/>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Abdullahi Ganduje, expressed his approval of the Supreme Court&#8217;s decision to uphold President Bola Tinubu&#8217;s victory.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Edwin Olofu, on Thursday, Ganduje stated that the judgment conclusively dismissed all allegations from opposition parties claiming that the presidential election results were manipulated in the President&#8217;s favor.<\/p>\n<p>Ganduje believes that the Supreme Court&#8217;s verdict will enable President Tinubu to focus on implementing the APC&#8217;s Renewed Hope mandate for the betterment of Nigerians.<\/p>\n<p>He also called upon the presidential candidates of the opposition People&#8217;s Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, and the Labour Party&#8217;s Mr. Peter Obi to put aside their differences and collaborate with Tinubu to steer the country towards sustainable growth and development.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nigeria belongs to all of us, it is our responsibility as patriots to pool our resources together to move the country forward. I congratulate both Atiku and Obi for their dogged fight in extending the frontiers of our democracy and law.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is democracy. Tinubu\u2019s victory is another victory for democratic rule in the country. There is still room for both Obi and Atiku to actualize their presidential aspiration after the second term tenure of President Tinubu in 2031,\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n<p>He also called on Nigerians irrespective of their political leanings to rally around the President to ensure that he delivers more dividends of democracy and moves the country on the path of sustainable
