Heineken Lokpobiri, and the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, Mele Kyari, have arrived at the Kaduna Refinery &amp; Petrochemicals for the 14th Refineries\u2019 Rehabilitation Steering Committee Meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Accompanied by NNPC Limited officials and other senior government officials, the Minister will also inspect the progress of the ongoing Quick-Fix Project at the Refinery.<\/p>\n<p>This development is in response to President Bola Tinubu\u2019s directive for the swift completion of the nation\u2019s refineries, as he had assured the Nigerian Labour Congress and the Trade Union Congress that the refineries would become operational to mitigate the impact of fuel subsidy removal.<\/p>\n<p>The promise was among the reasons why the labour called off the national protest which was held in early August this
