Obi made this statement during a news conference held in Abuja.<\/p>\n<p>Expressing his disappointment with the ruling, Obi emphasized that he remained dedicated to constructing a nation based on principles such as prudent resource management, transparency, accountability, and equitable distribution of opportunities, resources, and privileges.<\/p>\n<p>Obi pointed out that while he strongly disagreed with the rulings of the Presidential Petitions Court (PEPC) and the Supreme Court regarding the outcome of the February 25 presidential election declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), he recognized the Supreme Court as the final stage in seeking legal closure on the matter.<\/p>\n<p>Obi and his party have exhausted all legal and constitutional remedies available to them, but he affirmed that this was only the beginning of their quest to vindicate the hope of the common man for a better country. He stressed that their mission and mandate to build a new Nigeria would continue unchanged.<\/p>\n<p>The vision for a new Nigeria, according to Obi, involves transitioning from a waste and consumption-oriented economy to a production-driven one, addressing unmet needs, and showing compassion for those left behind by the current system. Obi and the LP will continue their opposition and carry their message of hope to the people through various channels, including marketplaces, motor parks, town halls, boardrooms, universities, and
