{"id":298188,"date":"2023-11-22T15:59:13","date_gmt":"2023-11-22T14:59:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/?p=298188"},"modified":"2023-11-22T15:59:13","modified_gmt":"2023-11-22T14:59:13","slug":"federal-high-court-releases-new-posting-for-judges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2023\/11\/22\/federal-high-court-releases-new-posting-for-judges\/","title":{"rendered":"Federal High Court releases new posting for judges"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>Justice Tsoho directed the affected judges to report at their duty stations before the date of resumption after Christmas vacation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court (FHC), Justice John Tsoho, on Wednesday, released a new posting for judges to various divisions across the country.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2022\/04\/07\/breaking-court-bars-journalists-from-covering-nnamdi-kanu-trial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Justice Tsoho,<\/a> in a statement by the FHC\u2019s Assistant Director of Information, Dr Catherine Oby-Christopher, directed the affected judges to report at their duty stations before the date of resumption after Christmas vacation.<\/p>\n<p>It reads: \u201cSequel to the appointment of 23 new judges, the Honorable Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Hon. Justice John Terhemba Tsoho, has released a new posting of the court\u2019s judges to various Divisions across the country.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Chief Judge directed the affected judges to report at their duty stations before the date of resumption from the Christmas vacation, being the 8th day of January 2023.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHis lordship wishes his fellow lordships a wonderful vacation in advance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBelow is the list of judges and their new postings:<\/p>\n<p>ABUJA :<br \/>\n1.
