This monumental step is anticipated to generate numerous positive outcomes, including job creation, supplier opportunities, capacity building, empowerment, and technology transfer to Nigerians.<\/p>\n<p>He had said: \u201cWe do not want to start our refinery with foreign goods; we want to start with Nigerian crude.
