{"id":310400,"date":"2024-02-15T23:28:49","date_gmt":"2024-02-15T22:28:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/?p=310400"},"modified":"2024-02-15T23:28:49","modified_gmt":"2024-02-15T22:28:49","slug":"tinubu-appoints-new-ceos-in-fha-fmbn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2024\/02\/15\/tinubu-appoints-new-ceos-in-fha-fmbn\/","title":{"rendered":"Tinubu appoints new CEOs in FHA, FMBN"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>The agencies affected were the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) and the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>President Bola Tinubu has approved the reconstitution of the executive management teams of agencies under the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Badamasi Haiba, Director of Information at the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, disclosed this in a statement on Thursday in Abuja.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the agencies affected were the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) and the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN).<\/p>\n<p>Haiba stated that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2024\/02\/15\/tinubu-orders-security-agencies-to-go-after-people-hoarding-foods\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">president<\/a> approved the appointments of Mr Shehu Osodi as the new Managing Director of FMBN, while Mr Ibidapo Odojukan was appointed Executive Director of Finance &amp; Corporate Services.<\/p>\n<p>He added that Mr Muhammad Abdu was appointed Executive Director of Loans &amp; Mortgage Services and Ms. Chinenye Anosike was named Executive Director of Business Development &amp; Portfolios.<\/p>\n<p>Hon Oyetunde Ojo was appointed Managing Director of the Federal Housing Authority, while Mr Mathias Byuan was appointed as Executive Director of Housing Finance &amp; Accounts.<\/p>\n<p>Other appointments in FHA include Mr Umar Abdullahi as Executive Director of Business Development, Mr. Oluremi Omowaiye as Executive Director of Project Implementation, and Mr. Ezekiel Nya-Etok as Executive Director of Estate Services.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The agencies affected were the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) and the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) President Bola Tinubu has approved the reconstitution of the executive management teams of agencies under the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
