further exposing his impunity on the media space<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State, has on Sunday, told the immediate past governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje that he has a case to answer as his government will stop at nothing to bring him and his co-travellers to book over his eight year\u2019s tenure characterized by corruption.<\/p>\n<p>Governor Yusuf who was replying his predecessor, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2024\/04\/06\/bribery-allegation-stop-diverting-attention-from-your-failure-ganduje-tells-kano-gov-yusuf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ganduje<\/a> in statement by his spokesperson, Sanusi Bature Dawakin-Tofa, insisted that the Ganduje\u2019s eight-year tenure represented failure and maladministration.<\/p>\n<p>The Governor in his reaction regretted that Ganduje who was supposed to cover his face in shame over cases of corruption and political violence hanging around his neck shamelessly spoke about non-existent failure in the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) led government in the state.<\/p>\n<p>According to the statement, \u201cGovernor Yusuf insisted that Ganduje presided over two unproductive tenures characterised with, inability to cater for the needs of Kano\u2019s population and nepotism.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur eight months in office has remarkably outweighed Ganduje\u2019s eight wasted years of political caricature and maladministration by all standards,\u201d Governor Yusuf stated.<\/p>\n<p>He advised the acting National Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC) and the immediate-past Governor of the state, Abdullah Umar Ganduje to rather buckle up in defence of his battered image at the court, instead of further exposing his impunity on the
