Many residents have been reportedly killed when some bandits attacked Unguwar Danko village in Birnin Gwari LGA of Kaduna.<\/p>\n
Abubakar Abdullahi, a resident of the community, speaking to TheCable, said the bandits invaded the village on Wednesday with over 200 motorcycles.<\/p>\n
He said the bandits shot sporadically, adding that many residents sustained injuries during the attack.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe attack happened at Unguwan Danko in Dogon Dawa ward. They came in the evening and rode on more than 200 motorcycles,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Efforts to reach Mansur Hassan, police spokesperson in Kaduna, were unsuccessful as he did not respond to calls or messages.<\/p>\n
For over a few months, many communities have been attacked by bandits operating in the state.<\/p>\n
Recently, about 60 residents of Buda community under Kajuru LGA of Kaduna were reportedly abducted by bandits who attacked the community.<\/p>\n
