Idris emphasized that Gambaryan is receiving full consular services from his home government. He assured the Nigerian government is committed to safeguarding his fundamental rights, including access to lawful trial and proper healthcare.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is worth reiterating that his detention is court-ordered, and only the court can alter the terms or direct his release,\u201d Idris stated. \u201cThe Federal Government of Nigeria will continue to follow due process in its quest to bring Binance to justice\u2014a legitimate sovereign quest that is similarly being pursued in several other countries worldwide.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Idris highlighted Nigeria\u2019s commitment to
