The event was attended by the Vice President\u2019s wife, Mrs. Nana Shettima, who represented the President\u2019s wife.<\/p>\n<p>Senator Tinubu stated that the grant is part of RHI\u2019s broader economic empowerment program to support petty traders and improve food security in line with President Tinubu&#8217;s commitment to ensuring that no one is left behind.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am pleased to inform you that the governing council of the Renewed Hope Initiative has graciously approved a business re-capitalisation grant of N50,000 for 1,000 women petty traders in each state and the FCT to support their businesses,\u201d she said. The program is scheduled for a nationwide launch on August 22.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the initiative, a truckload of assorted food items was also donated for distribution to targeted groups in Benue State. Senator Tinubu encouraged beneficiaries to make the most of the items provided.<\/p>\n<p>In response, Benue State Governor Rev. Fr.
