{"id":343772,"date":"2024-10-30T06:38:48","date_gmt":"2024-10-30T05:38:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/?p=343772"},"modified":"2024-10-30T06:38:48","modified_gmt":"2024-10-30T05:38:48","slug":"nnpcl-reacts-to-fresh-fuel-price-hike","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2024\/10\/30\/nnpcl-reacts-to-fresh-fuel-price-hike\/","title":{"rendered":"NNPCL reacts to fresh fuel price hike"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>Soneye comment comes amid reports that NNPCL had increased fuel pump to from N1,030 per litre to N1060 in Abuja<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited has spoken on fresh increase in the pump price of Premium Motor Spirit popularly known as petrol.<\/p>\n<p>NNPCL said it was not aware of any new hike in price of petrol across its retail outlets.<\/p>\n<p>The Spokesperson of NNPCL, Olufemi Soneye, made this known in an interview with DAILY POST.<\/p>\n<p>Soneye comment comes amid reports that NNPCL had increased fuel pump to from N1,030 per litre to N1060 in Abuja.<\/p>\n<p>However, the state-owned oil firm spokesperson, Soneye, said, \u201cThere is no increase in gasoline price that I am aware of.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, the spokesperson of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria, Chinedu Ukadike, said NNPCL\u2019s ex-depot price has not changed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor independent marketers, we have experienced a fresh price hike as I am speaking with you.
