Credit must go to President Tinubu and NNPCL\u2019s GMD, Mele Kyari.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>He added, <em>\u201cThe oil business is not like selling sugar, spaghetti, cement, or rice. You can\u2019t create a monopoly on refined products as with other commodities.
