Nkwocha revealed that the session would focus on scaling investments in Africa\u2019s emerging markets while promoting inclusive growth.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe highlight will be the launch of the Humanitarian and Resilience Investing (HRI) Roadmap for Africa,\u201d Nkwocha stated. The initiative, supported by the AfDB, seeks to attract private and public investments into Africa\u2019s frontier markets to address pressing economic challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Shettima will also co-chair a forum, <strong>\u201cTurning Digital Trade into a Catalyst for Growth in Africa,\u201d<\/strong> at the Pischa Congress Centre. The session will explore how digital trade can boost economic growth across Africa, focusing on the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Digital Trade Protocol adopted in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis session aims to foster forward-thinking discussions on digital trade\u2019s potential to drive growth across the continent,\u201d Nkwocha added.<\/p>\n<p>The Vice President will also participate in the <strong>\u201cGlobal Risks 2025\u201d Stakeholder Dialogue<\/strong>, tackling pressing global issues. He is also slated to attend exclusive events, such as a dinner for global leaders and the International Business Council\u2019s meeting in Kurpark Village, Eiger.<\/p>\n<p>Shettima will accompany officials including Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, Minister of Industry, Trade, and Investment, and Aisha Rimi, Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission.<\/p>\n<p>Nkwocha emphasized that the WEF offers Nigeria a vital opportunity to showcase its economic potential and build partnerships for sustainable development.
