This achievement has restored full power supply to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2022\/12\/06\/blackout-in-abuja-as-truck-rams-into-tcn-transmission-tower\/\">Federal Capital Territory (FCT)<\/a>, bringing relief to residents.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement released on Friday by Ndidi Mbah, TCN\u2019s General Manager of Public Affairs, the company confirmed the resumption of bulk power supply to the 132\/33kV Apo transmission substation. This ensures normal power distribution across the affected areas.<\/p>\n<p>The relocation of the towers was necessitated by the Federal Capital Development Authority\u2019s (FCDA) road dualization project.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, TCN announced that the process would involve planned power outages from January 6 to January 20, 2025, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily.<\/p>\n<p>The scheduled work included dismantling the towers, constructing new ones, and restringing power cables to restore bulk power supply from Gwagwalada to the Apo transmission substation.<\/p>\n<p>TCN emphasized that relocating the towers was crucial for completing the road project, assuring residents that every effort was made to minimize disruption and restore power promptly.<\/p>\n<p>The restoration of power marks a
