According to him, the victim has the money but has refused to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2021\/07\/20\/we-have-recovered-n1-48trn-from-bank-debtors-amcon\/\">pay him back.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The arrest of the suspect was made possible following a complaint lodged at the station by victim&#8217;s wife, Angela Reuben who reported that her husband was deprived of his liberty by the suspect who held him hostage.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-86262\" src=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/09\/chioma_adebiyi\/2021\/09\/24\/614e24cd272a8.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"616\" height=\"724\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/09\/chioma_adebiyi\/2021\/09\/24\/614e24cd272a8.jpeg 919w, https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/09\/chioma_adebiyi\/2021\/09\/24\/614e24cd272a8-255x300.jpeg 255w, https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/09\/chioma_adebiyi\/2021\/09\/24\/614e24cd272a8-871x1024.jpeg 871w, https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/09\/chioma_adebiyi\/2021\/09\/24\/614e24cd272a8-768x903.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 616px) 100vw, 616px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Following the arrest, the Commissioner of Police, CP Hakeem Odumosu directed that the suspect be transferred to the Command&#8217;s Tactical team for diligent investigation and prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the state police command, CSP Adekunle Ajisebutu, said the state Commissioner of Police has warned people against taking laws into their hands instead of taking legal actions to seek justice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oluchi Okoye aka PACA , a young creditor is cooling off at Denton Police Station for tying his debtor, Reuben Alozie, to a stake over unpaid N4.6m debt.
