{"id":90799,"date":"2021-10-08T05:32:48","date_gmt":"2021-10-08T04:32:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/?p=90799"},"modified":"2021-10-08T05:32:48","modified_gmt":"2021-10-08T04:32:48","slug":"oyo-tree-that-crushes-four-to-death-rises-after-being-cut-down","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2021\/10\/08\/oyo-tree-that-crushes-four-to-death-rises-after-being-cut-down\/","title":{"rendered":"Oyo tree that crushes four to death \u2018rises\u2019 after being cut down"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The 100-year-old ancient Odan tree that crushed four people dead on Monday due to heavy windstorm at Sabo area of Oyo in Oyo State has reportedly risen again.<\/p>\n<p>It was gathered that the fallen tree rose back mysteriously on Tuesday, after all its branches had been hewn off.<\/p>\n<p>WITHIN NIGERIA had reported that at least <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2021\/10\/06\/tree-crushes-four-oyo-traders-to-death-during-downpour\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">four persons lost their lives after the tree suddenly fell and trapped them during a downpour<\/a> at the Idi Odan, Sabo, in the Atiba Local Government Area of Oyo State.<\/p>\n<p>According to Vanguard, a driver, Saheed Balogun, who witnessed the incident, said that he was loading his vehicle at the park not far from the tree, when there was a loud vibration from the tree and it went back to its standing position.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was in my presence. The fallen tree rose back again mysteriously.
