Hon. Ugwuanyi \u201cis really saddened by this ugly development\u201d, adding that \u201cthat is why he has sent us to come and condole with the family\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Princess Nnaji assured the extended family, headed by Mr. Basil Chukwu, that they are not alone in the moment of grief as the government of Enugu State \u201cis going to do everything to make sure it unravels the cause of these deaths so that no other person will be a victim of maybe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2021\/07\/09\/4-family-members-die-of-food-poisoning-in-kwara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">food poison<\/a> or whatever\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>She said that the surviving baby is the child of the government and \u201cthe governor has given his word that even though these people are no more, the state government is not going to abandon the family (child)\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enugu State Government has promised to take full responsibility of the surviving child of couple who died after eating a meal suspected to be poisoned.
