Act 2015 and Punishable under the same Act.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-transform: initial\">According to the anti-graft agency, t<\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial\">he defendant, in a classic love scam, represented himself as Jessica Mercy, a white woman, to one Juan Angle, an American man with whom he claimed to be deeply in love.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9514 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/03\/adewale_chocomilo\/2021\/03\/17\/6050d863a9b03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"509\" height=\"680\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/03\/adewale_chocomilo\/2021\/03\/17\/6050d863a9b03.jpg 509w, https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2021\/03\/adewale_chocomilo\/2021\/03\/17\/6050d863a9b03-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 509px) 100vw, 509px\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>He pleaded guilty to the charge, having entered a plea agreement with the EFCC, culminating in the amendment of his charge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>In view of his plea, Justice Ajoku convicted and sentenced him to three months in prison.
