Ariyoosu.<\/p>\n<p>WITHIN NIGERIA learnt that the\u00a0apartment was secured in the year 2016 when the LCDA was established by administration of former Governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola.<\/p>\n<p>According to Insight media, a media outfit based in Osun,\u00a0the Property is a very Big House and was cheaply giving to the LCDA by Alhaji Adepoju. Boripe North is to take maintain the same Property, and pay Electricity Bill.<\/p>\n<p>Alhaji Adepoju said the Council should vacate the apartment, pay the outstanding rent and ensure the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2021\/07\/09\/how-tb-joshua-paid-electricity-bills-of-four-local-govts-in-ondo-akeredolu\/\">electricity bill<\/a> is paid up to date.<\/p>\n<p>He also accused the Council of not tidying up the apartment.<\/p>\n<p>Part of the document reads, \u201cYour Authority is to pay the accumulated arrears consumption bills up to date and effect necessary repairs before delivering up possession of the aforesaid premises.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is our hope that your authority would avail itself of the opportunity of paying the rent and deliver up possession and avoid the unpalatable consequences of litigation with its attendant publicity and embarrassment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the most unlikely event of the failure of your Authority to quit and deliver up possession of the premises and pay the arrears of rent within the period stated, this letter serves as a NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SUE and in which case we hereby state our client\u2019s cause of action.<\/p>\n<p>When contacted, the Chairman of Boripe North LCDA, Hon. Oyebode Samson Oyewole said he initialled denied seeing any quit notice, asking our correspondent \u201cwhere did you see it?\u201d When our correspondent offered to forward the documents to him via WhatsApp, Oyewole said he has \u201cno time to speak on the matter.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"hiXWpeJF\">\n<div id=\"M556338ScriptRootC858970_01d93\">\n<div id=\"MarketGidComposite858970_01d93\">\u201cForward them to the Council Manager, I have no time to speak on it.
