A Nigerian national simply identified as Shaiwai was found dead this morning in a garbage can along Rama park Road, beside Red Rose School in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, India.
Spectators including Nigerian nationals arrested gathered to watch as police evacuate his corpse.
The cause of his death is unknown at the time of report.
