Danfo Drivers threatens Tekno for ‘stealing’ their song, Ubi Franklin reacts

The​​​ ​musicians in the early 2000s made a lot of hit songs, including ‘Jogodo.’

According to them​,​ Tekno ​stole a piece of their song in one of his new singles titled, ‘Jogodo’.

Danfo Drivers in an interview with Wazobia TV revealed that they were not pleased with Tekno’s action and ​promised to take it on him if they see him.

Speaking in pidgin English, they said: “Tekno dey make us vex. You know why we dey vex? You just come dey carry person music dey go dey sing.

“Why Tekno go do that kain thing. E no good.

“If you wan do something, you go call the people dem wey get am, tell them say see wetin I wan do. We will now plan and do it.

“Tekno dey owe us money. If I catch am, Tekno no go like me o.”

Ubi Franklin reacts to allegation that Tekno sampled Danfo drivers song without their consent

Music executive, Ubi Franklin has reacted to the allegation leveled against his artiste, Tekno, by singing veteran music duo, Mad Melon and Mountain Black popularly known as ‘Danfo Drivers’  that he sampled their song ‘Jogodo‘ without their consent or even reaching out to them.

Ubi in his reaction, said his team contacted the duo but it was one story or the other from them.

”We contacted them sha and it was one story or the othe smh. This actually maes me laugh” he wrote on IG
