Project Fame 9 winner, Okiemute Ighorodje, used to have a career in modelling, but lately, she is following her passion as a band lead singer. She feels there’s no big deal becoming a baby mama.
According to her, in a recent interview, there are two categories of baby mamas.
She said:
“There are different types of baby mamas. Some women will give birth to a child for a man who isn’t in a relationship with them, while some give birth to a child for a man who is in a serious relationship that can lead to marriage.
“She could be engaged to him; so definitely she would be called a baby mama since she already has a child outside wedlock. However, if she gets married to the man, she will no longer be called a baby mama. This is why there are different sides to being a baby mama. While engaged, mistakes could happen and you won’t expect the woman to leave especially when she knows the man is willing to take responsibility for them.”
