Pulitzer Prize-winning rapper Kendrick Lamar will be appearing as a guest star in the TV show “Power.”
According to The Wrap, Kendrick Lamar will appear in a guest role opposite 50 cent in the Starz Original series’ 5th episode of the 5th season, titled “Happy Birthday.” The episode will air on the 29th of July.
The Executive Producer of the show Mark Canton describes Kendrick as a “once in a generation talent.” He says:
“Courtney, 50 [Cent] and I felt it would be exciting to create a role for him in ‘Power.’ Everyone involved is thrilled to have him join the family.”
