Baring any unforeseen circumstance, the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) will soon unveil Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, former governor of Delta State as the latest big shot joining the party tonight.
Uduaghan, who is seeking to represent Delta South in the Senate in 2019, will be unveiled at the Caucus meeting of the party in Abuja Tuesday night.
The former Delta governor, who is currently at the venue of the meting, was pictured with the APC National Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole.
