The beautiful mother-of-one is not just an actress, she is a TV host and film producer. Born September 13, 1974, the thespian just turned 44-year-old and without mincing words she looks as if she is in her 20s.

Born in Port Harcourt, Monalisa Chinda is the first child of her family. She attended Army Children’s School for her primary education and Archdeacon Crowther Memorial Girls’ School for her secondary education. She proceeded to the University of Port Harcourt (Uniport) where she earned a degree in Theatre Arts.

On February 20, 2016, Monalisa Chinda traditionally got married for the second time to her friend of 27 years, Victor Tonye Coker. Victor is half Sierra Leonean and half Kwale from Delta state but grew up in Port Harcourt. He had lived most of his life in Germany where he is based.

Her first marriage of was to Dejo Richards but the marriage did not withstand the test of time as it collapsed sooner than expected. The couple parted ways in 2009 after they had a daughter together.

After going through several life challenges, the actress decided to celebrate her 44th birthday with a gorgeous photo. She shared the post with the caption:

Happy Birthday to me! Turning a year older has made me wonder about certain things, like how much longer can I get away with telling people that I am twenty-five? To everyone out there having a bad day, stay calm. It’s my birthday. And I have a surprise for you all. Can’t wait to share it.
