A Nigerian man, Abdulrahman Yahaya, residing in Kaduna state, has said that sachet water aka pure water will be scarce in the state when PDP presidential and Vice Presidential candidates, Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi come for campaigns ahead of the February 16th 2019 presidential election.
His comment came after Governor Nasir El-Rufai tweeted that people in Katsina and other places are waiting for Peter Obi at the ballot box on the day of the election.
