Female graduate of AAU goes missing, friend cries out (Photo)

Having a person go missing is not exactly one event anyone wants to encounter. This is because when an individual cannot be found, it constitutes a cause of worry and intense fear for as many that know this person.

Recently, a Nigerian lady has taken to announcing that a friend of hers is missing. The said individual who is, no doubt, worried about the disappearance of her friend took to Twitter to make the announcement.

According to the lady whose name on Twitter is @Mz_okikiola, the name of her missing friend is Fanegan Temitope. She is a graduate of Adekunle Ajasin University (AAU).

Temitope was finally tagged as missing after friends and families tried to contact her all to no avail. For the past seven days, her phone has been switched off and no one has been able to reach her.

The friend who had taken to Twitter to declare that Temitope was missing also shared a picture of her. Then, she begged the Twitter community to put in concerted efforts so that the young woman can be found.

This post by @Mz_okikiola has generated a lot of responses from Nigerians. Surprisingly, most of them inferred that Temitope must have fallen victim to one of those who dealt in trading human bodies or aiding their internet fraud by fetish means.

According to them, these cases were increasing at an alarming rate, and thus, it would be no surprise if the missing lady has become a victim. Some Nigerians have, however, rebuked those who maintained this view.

For them, implying that the lady was already dead was not a humanly thing to do at all.
