A young schoolgirl forced a seven year-old classmate to have sex with her in a bathroom just yards away from their teacher, a lawsuit claims.
The first-grade girl and a male classmate reportedly bundled their alleged victim into the restoom at the back of their classroom in Shalimar Elementary School in Walton Beach, Florida, USA.
Their alleged attack, said to have taken place at the end of the 2015/16 academic year, saw the boy forced to perform sex acts on both, it is claimed.
Attorney Aaron Watson, who is now suing the school on behalf of the boy’s family, added: ‘This female also caused my client, at the direction of the other male student and at the force of the other male student, (she) actually forced our client to have sex with the female child. ‘We are talking six, seven year-old children.’
No adults were present in the restroom when the alleged attack took place, but Watson says teachers were negligent in supervising the children. He adds that the alleged attackers and their young victim were left alone in the restroom for too long.
Watson is suing the family over claims Okaloosa County School Board failed in their duty of care to the boy and allowed the rape to happen, WKRG reported.
