Beyoncé shares tips on how she got her body back after birthing twins

International superstar, Beyonce, welcomed her twin babies, Sir Carter and Rumi some 22-months ago and the mother of three only recently opened up about losing weight and her struggles postpartum. The 37-year-old who was reported to being weighing 15 stone 5 pounds on the day her twins were born in June 2017 has dedicated herself to getting her banging body back.
She went on full-blown vegan diet to achieve her goals. While speaking on Netflix documentary, Homecoming released on Wednesday, April 17, she revealed that she gave up eating bread, carbs, sugar and many other things just to get her body back. She said: “In order for me to meet my goals, I’m limiting myself to no bread, no carbs, no sugar, no dairy, no meat, no fish, no alcohol… I’m hungry.”

 

Meanwhile, Beyonce’s husband, American musician Shawn Carter popularly known as Jay Z has always been known to be a successful musician whose life and career is a goal for many other celebrities both in Nigeria and overseas. Once more, the wealthy businessman and singer has only proven that, for him, life can only get better. Although the musician has never been a back bencher when it comes to wealthy singers, this year, he has risen to an even higher pedestal by becoming the wealthiest American musician there is with a net worth of N327 billion.
