A 200 level Guidance and Counseling student of Cross River State Univeristy of Technology (CRUTECH) identified as Ugbe Dominic has drowned in a swimming pool at a hotel in Calabar.
Popularly known as Paperboi Ugbe, the young lad drowned on the 11th of May, 2019, during a pool party organized by his department.
Paperboi allegedly drowned while participating in a swimming competition. May his soul rest in perfect peace.
