Little boy protest against PHCN in Lagos

A very young lad who accompanied his parent during a peaceful protest against NEPA in Ikorodu area of Lagos State was seen carrying a placard bearing ‘Enough is Enough’.

The protesters said that it has been more than 19 days since the undertaking denied the community power supply causing a total balckout in the community.

“The crisis started when the community petitioned the company complaining about the outrageous bills and recently installed trackers which has greatly reduced power supply. To the utmost dismay of the community, instead of calling for dialogue, the company immediately disconnected the community from power supply. We demand that:

1. Power be restored immediately

2. That the trackers be removed

3. That metres should as a matter of urgency be distributed.

We call on all stakeholder to come to our aid.

#EnoughIsEnough
#RestoreOurRight.
