The State Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Akwa Ibom State on Thursday dismissed the case filed by Akwa Ibom All Progressives Congress (APC) Guber candidate, Mr Nsima Ekere, Within Nigeria reports.
The tribunal in its ruling declared Mr Udom Emmanuel as the authentic Governor of Akwa Ibom State.
