15 months after arrest, a Naval Chief, Captain Dada Labinjo who had been in detention without trial was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) before a Federal High Court.
WITHIN NIGERIA learnt that Labinjo has been in the custody of the Nigerian Navy since September, 2018.
The Senior Naval Officer was arraigned on a two count charge currently ongoing before justice Muslim Hassan in the Federal high court, Ikoyi Lagos.
