Nigerian leader and President, Muhammadu Buhari has announced on Wednesday, December 11th that Nigeria will commence issuance of visa on arrival for all persons holding passports of African countries.
This was made known by the President Buhari while speaking at the opening session of ASWAN forum currently holding in Egypt and presidential aide, Bashir Ahmad shared it on his handle.
According to President Buhari, the Visa on Arrival will take effect from 2020.
