Jumia warehouse, chinese firm and hotel sealed for defying lock down order in Lagos

Hours after President Muhammadu Buhari ordered a lockdown in Lagos State, a warehouse belonging to Jumia, an online marketing store has been sealed off by the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) and Lagos State Safety Commission for defying the stay at home order issued by President Buhari.

WITHIN NIGERIA had earlier reported that following the outbreak of Coronavirus in Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari has  ordered a lockdown in Lagos, Abuja and Ogun State respectively.

This was done as part of measures to contain the spread of the Coronavirus while residents of these states are to stay indoor except those that provide essential services to the public.

According to the agencies, SPN Packaging Studio Press Nigeria Plc on Plot B, Isreal Adebajo Close, Ikeja and Supreme Hotel in Agege were sealed for defying the restriction order by President Buhari.
