A 64-year-old Nigerian woman identified as Mmaete Greg, has died of coronavirus in the UK.
According to family sources, she died on Monday April 6. A close relative to the deceased, Edoamaowo Udeme, who took to Facebook to mourn her death, said the husband and children of the deceased have been quarantined.

Another facebook user identified as Nkere Philip confirmed the loss as he took to the social platform to mourn the deceased. He wrote,
We lost our amiable and affectionate Aunt, Mrs Mercy (Mmaete) Greg Or (Nee Otio) to the cold hands of death in London, her home since the late 70s as a result of the dreaded corona virus yesterday April 6, 2020.
