Video of a NYSC corps member identified as Onyekwere Chiwotaoke (ZM/19B/1752) who invented and assembled an automatic hand washing, drying and sanitizing machine demonstrating the functions of the machine has surfaced online.

WITHIN NIGERIA learnt the project was financed by the NYSC Zamfara State Secretariat.

This is coming days after a corps member in Ogun state produced hand sanitizers in large quantity and distributed the sanitizers to old and the disabled in Ogun community.

Inside the video, the corps member can be seen demonstrating the functions of the machine by placing his hands at the soap section of the machine and droplets fell into his hands without pressing any button.

The corps member moved to the water section where he washed his hands and later moved to the drying section (A black framework with a rolling fan at the top and a heater which produces the heat meant for drying) where the machine dried his wet hands.

After drying his hands, he moved to the sanitizing section to sanitise his hands which is the last phase of the machine.
