Coronavirus: Gov. Ben Ayade alleges that Nigerians and Africa are being exploited

As the number of confirmed cases spike on a daily basis with no specific cure in sight, the novel coronavirus has dealt the world a heavy blow with global economy dwindling.

Prof. Ben Ayade, Cross Rivers State governor,  in an interview with Channels TV on Thursday, May 21, stated that the Coronavirus pandemic has become an avenue for the world to exploit the black race.

The governor was a guest on the TV station opined that the pandemic has become a tool in the hands of greedy politician and big business owners to make money off ‘unsuspecting and fearful’ populace.

According to him, the virus cannot survive in Nigeria because of the hot temperature. He argued that the tests being used cannot be accurate since Coronavirus is novel.
