A Twitter user has been left in shock after his niece, a five-year-old South African girl was brutally raped and murdered on Sunday, June 21.
Rape is a type of sexual assault usually involving sexual intercourse or other forms of sexual penetration carried out against a person without that person’s consent.
A Twitter user @SiyaSitemela shared the heartbreaking news as she took to her page to mourn the brutal death of her niece.
She wrote: ‘My 10 y/o niece was Brutally raped and murdered earlier hrs of today. I just feel numb. RIP Mihle my beautiful angel.’
