Nigeria records 325 new COVID-19 cases, total now 48,445

As Nigeria continues its fight against Coronavirus, 325 new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 48, 770.

This was revealed by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) on Saturday night.

According to the NCDC’s tweet, 974 persons have lost their lives to coronavirus in the country.

36,290 patients have so far been discharged, NCDC said.

Lagos State had the highest number of cases on Saturday at 87 followed by the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) at 49.
