VIDEO: Ganduje secures Kano metropolis with CCTV

Ganduje confirms 74 new cases of coronavirus in Kano

The Kano metropolis has been captured and secured with Closed-circuit television (CCTV) by the state government.

The CCTV is a video surveillance that deploys the use of video cameras to transmit signals to a specific place, on a limited set of monitors.

The video and pictures of the new CCTV were shared by the Special Adviser to the governor on media, Salihu Tanko Yakasai while celebrating the feat on his verified Facebook timeline.

Yakasai said “Despite Kano being the most peaceful State in Nig for the last 5yrs (Alhamdulillah), H.E Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje OFR is not relenting in his effort to further secure the state”.

Yakasai disclosed that Ganduje’s administration “has installed CCTV around the metropolis with a control centre at police HQ to be commissioned soon.”
