Adidas Unveil Real Madrid 20/21 Third Shirt (Photos)

Real Madrid and adidas have unveiled the third jersey for the 2020/21 season.

The Spanish champions said the jersey’s design is linked to the roots and traditions of the club.

The Real Madrid home shirt for the 20/21 season features Spring Pink accents – inspired by the 2014/15 away shirt – and those same pink accents pop again through the Three Stripes, which again run down the side of the jersey.

 They also feature through the sponsor, branding and club crest. And it all sits on that black base that itself boasts a sublimated floral baroque pattern.

That design is inspired by the iconic Azulejo tile art paintings which adorn the city of Madrid. The baroque inspiration also draws from modern high fashion aesthetics, complementing Real Madrid’s credentials as the most successful club in football history.

The result is a forward-thinking design connected with traditions and roots of the city.
