Police arrest Nigerian drug peddler with cocaine worth over $4000 in India

A yet-to-be identified Nigerian national has been arrested by the Tuling Police in Maharashtra, India on Thursday, October 8 for allegedly being in possession of 33 grams of cocaine.

WITHIN NIGERIA learnt that the arrest was made in the Oswal Nagri area of Nalasopara, Mumbai based on specific input received by the police and cocaine worth Rs 3.33 lakhs was seized.

A case under the NDPS Act has been registered and further investigation is underway.
