Popular Public Speaker, Ubong King Dies From COVID-19

Ubong King, a popular Nigerian public speaker, has died.

Late Ubong died in Lagos on Saturday, December 26 after a battle with COVID-19.

He is survived by his wife, Unyime Ivy-King, and four children.

In other news, Biglo, a veteran Nigerian music producer, rapper and singer, has died after a long battle with Kidney ailment.

Biglo whose real name is Lotanna Udezue reportedly died on Friday, December 25 in the United States after contracted COVID-19.

His colleague and friend, Jazzman Olofin, told newsmen via a telephone conversation that the rapper died on Christmas.

Olofin said, “It is true that Biglo is dead. To my knowledge, he had been ill for a while. He had been battling kidney disease for a while now. He had been notifying the public via his social media account for a while now. That basically was what it is.

“The bottom line is that he had kidney ailment. I got a call from our mutual friends in America last night that he died on Friday, which was Christmas day. Unfortunately, I do not know how old he was.”
