COVID-19: Nigeria records 1,565 new cases, six more deaths

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), has reported 1565 new COVID-19 infections in the country.

NCDC disclosed this via its verified Twitter account on Thursday night.

The health agency stated that the country recorded six additional deaths in the last 24 hours, raising the total in the nation since the start of the pandemic to 1,330.

It added that the new infections were reported from 24 States and the Federal Capital Territory, in the last 24 hours.
