If u dont forgive me, who is going to take ur place in my life? Who is going to stand as my second mummy on my wedding day?
The truth is “I miss you so so much” i miss us. Please forgive me ma, i am so sorry for everything ma.”
The apology immediately drew attention. Even colleagues like Yinka Quadri, Mustapha Sholagbade, Niyi Johnson, Tawa Ajisefini and more, trooped the comments sections of both their pages, to plead with Aiyeola to forgive Azeez.
Many fans expected reconciliation, especially given how close they once appeared, and how heartfelt the post seemed.
However, Opeyemi Aiyeola did not accept the apology publicly. Instead, she maintained her silence and chose not to engage with it.
Hours after Jamiu Azeez’ post, she shared a video of herself with a caption on her personal rules about life and boundaries. She made it clear that she does not entertain certain behaviours or public gestures. She wrote:

NEVER LET EMOTIONS WEIGH YOU DOWN
