Nigerian rap sensation, Emeka Akumefule professionally known as Blaqbonez, has revealed that Afrobeat superstar, Ayodeji ”Wizkid” Balogun is his idol.
Blaqbonez who recently released Sex Over Love made this known when a fan pointed out how the new album has displaced Wizkid’s Made In Lagos on the Apple albums chart.
Responding to the fan, Blaqbonez said that the spot belongs to his idol – which is Wizkid, and that he was just borrowing the number 1 position for the time being.
The rapper reacted by writing;

Meanwhile, Wizkid has attributed his success in music to his ability not to take ‘no’ for an answer.
