This twist is known as the ultimate veto power, which was introduced on Monday, the 58th day of the show and early in the penultimate week.
The winner of the Ultimate Veto Game will be crowned with the Ultimate Veto Power of the Week.
As the holder of the ultimate veto, the housemate will gain the power of immunity and the power to choose the head of the house for the week.
Each of the housemates had to collect as many points as possible at the end of the game. The housemate with the most points wins the ultimate veto.
The game for the holder of the ultimate veto power was quite different from the usual games for the head of the house.
Emmanuel and Cross finished with the same points higher than others as Biggie introduced another round to break the tie. Emmanuel emerged overall winner and was crowned with the Ultimate Veto Power of the Week.
He picked Liquorose as the Head of House and Cross as the deputy. Big Brother exempted the trio from being up for eviction this week.
