Ahead of Valentine’s Day on Monday, February 14, popular Nollywood star, Kate Henshaw has taken to social media to react to the cynical price tag of a certain restaurant’s Valentine’s Day menu.
The actress took to Twitter to tweet on how a product or service being pricey does not automatically equate quality.
Stating that Nigerians are quick to believe that if a product is expensive, then it is of good quality, which is never always the case. She tweeted:
“That it is expensive doesn’t equate to quality… Some Nigerians feel that the more expensive something is, the better the quality.. I hear there is a restaurant somewhere charging $1000 per couple for dinner on Valentine’s Day. Na diamond dem dey serve?”
